Low SmartPoint snacks were (& still are) a large part of my success with Weight Watchers. If I hadn't had a good selection of low point WW snacks to help me through when the cravings took hold or when I was feeling hungry between meals I'd really have struggled!
This list includes a selection of some of my favourite WW snack recipes.

What can I snack on Weight Watchers
First and foremost - it is OK to snack whilst following the Weight Watchers plan.
Just try not to snack if you're not really hungry and remember to enter it into your tracker to help you keep to your points!
The best snacks to choose are going to be the ones that fill you up the most - so ones that are high in protein.
Carb heavy snacks, snacks laden with saturated fats and sugars are likely to be higher in SmartPoints and are less likely to satisfy that hunger!
A homemade snack recipe is always good but not always possible, so luckily there are a huge variety of store brought snacks that are both satisfying and low in SmartPoints!
