One of the things that I really love about Weight Watchers is that I am still able to snack! I don’t mean the mindless hand in the chip packet kind of snacking, but the kind of snacking that keeps me going between lunch and dinner or between dinner and bedtime.
Although I will often snack on a zero SmartPoint piece of fruit or some lean protein, I sometimes just want to enjoy a bag of candy or something more indulgent than fruit and this is where more Low Point snacks come in extremely useful.
This list contains some favourite Low Point Snacks for Weight Watchers and each one comes in under 5 SmartPoint per serving.
For each of the 25+ snacks listed, you will find information on serving sizes and their SmartPoint values.
I have included both savoury snacks and sweet snacks in this list.
Some of the snacks listed are a more healthy option than others on the list but I wanted to offer a varied selection of low point snack options ….

So whether you are following the WW Blue plan, Green plan, Purple plan or are sticking with the old Freestyle plan your snack ‘requirements’ should be covered.
How I worked out the SmartPoints
I worked out the SmartPoints for each of these snacks by inputting the nutritional information into the official WW calculator.
