As I have said before, one of my favourite things about Weight Watchers is that no food is off limits. Eating a snack on the Weight Watchers plan isn't all about eating an apple or nibbling on a carrot stick. Weight Watchers Snacks can include chips or cookies or cheese...
... as well as apples and carrots of course 😀
This list of the best Low Point Snacks includes serving sizes and WW Points values for your information.
Sometimes you just have to have a snack! If you're needing a mid afternoon energy boost or looking for something to keep you going on a long car journey then one of these Weight Watchers low point snacks could be just what you want.
This list of over 25 Weight Watchers friendly snacks includes items that are widely available throughout the US and Canada.
How I worked out the Points
All Points were worked out using an official WW calculator and were correct at the time of writing.
Be aware that WW adapts its plans & brands change their products so point values may change.
However, I try to update the page every time the WW plan changes. The Point values below are correct if you follow the WW Points plan or whether you follow one of the older plans such as the myWW plan or Freestyle plan.

Why did you say we must count the blueberries as points if they are in our smoothies?
Marianne says
Hi Hilary
On the WW program many fruits and veg are zero point foods but when they are made into a smoothies they need to be pointed.
It is just part of the WW program.

Just stumbled upon your amazing website! I'm starting my WW journey again after regaining all of the weight I lost several years ago. The plans are different now and so far I'm loving Blue. My sister has joined as well and is doing Green. I sent her a link to your site to help us both with making better purchases and planning some fun, creative and what look like delicious recipes! I can't thank you enough for all of the time and energy you put into this site. I'm using the Amazon links for products when I can so you get credit for them! Thank you again!

I'm confused. Why is fruit in a smoothie have points but not in a smoothie is zero points??
M. Hoecker says
I'm sure it's the same now, but they used to say that drinking your fruit reduces satiety, so you're likely to consume more. Therefore, they assign points to the smoothie.
