    Low Calorie Cookies

Are you counting calories and looking for Low Calorie Cookies that will fit into your daily calorie 'budget'? Then look no further! This list of 15 of some of the tastiest store brought lower calorie cookies will help guide you in the right direction.

I have included the calorie count per serving - sometimes that's just one cookie but sometimes it can be four! I've added the information on serving sizes for you and also where they are available to buy.

I have also included the Weight Watchers Personal Points per serving for those of you following the WW plan.

A photo collage of packets of cookies with text overlay stating Low Calorie Cookies.

As cookies are typically high in both fat and sugar they also tend to be high in calories. But I have found a selection of cookies that are a little lower in calories meaning that snacking on a cookie or two won't break your diet.

Whilst looking into the calorie content of different cookies, I was shocked at just how many calories some contained! For example, a molasses cookie from Trader Joes is 150 calories & a particular brand of Stroopwafel Dutch Caramel Wafer was an eye watering 190 calories per cookie!

Now, I like cookies but I don't want to use 1/10th of my daily calorie allocation on just one cookie!

But with some of the cookie choices I have listed below, I am able to eat a couple of cookies for less than 50 calories (or 2 WW Personal Points) which, in my book, is a win!

I hope that you find a low calorie cookie that fits both your taste and calorie allocation! If you have a particular favorite from the list or if there are others that you feel need to be added to the list, make sure you let me know by leaving comment below.
