Carl Voelcker says
Excellent information. Thanks. I also really like Total cereal. Have you ever computed the SmartPoints value for Total?
Marianne says
Thank you for the suggestion Carl! I will work out the SmartPoints and add it to the list ????
Britney says
Are all special K cereals allowed on WW?
Marianne says
Hi Britney! All Special K cereals would be allowed on WW but you'd just need to work out their SmartPoint values from the nutritional information on back of the pack. Some will be much more than others i'd suspect. Kind regards Marianne
Betty says
What would the points be for 1 cup of Gluten Free corn flakes (organic Natures Bedt). Thank u.
Marianne says
Hi Betty
I am sorry but I am unable to help you with that. If you put the nutritional information in your Weight Watchers calculator it will give you the Points value.
Kind regards
Marianne

Life regular or Cinnamon is 4 points for 3/4 cup. Also unsweetened vanilla almond milk is only 1 point. Add some blueberries (0 points) and you have a great breakfast.

i seen a video for weight watchers once. the lady on there made a great point, she stated take one cup of cereal and add a cup of the puff cereal. you could even add some banana to make it more filling and sweet.

Why is raisin bran so high in points on Weight Watchers?
CB says
Raisins are dried fruit - which is high in itself!
Hollis says
Hi I recently checked the value of the special K Red Berries cereal and it came up as 4 points for one cup. Just wanted to let you know! Thanks
MARISSA says
Magic spoon cereals are all 3 points for 1 cup also! I haven't tried them but I've heard good reviews so definitely a nice low point option to consider.
Marianne says
Thank you Marissa for that suggestion.
I have never tried that particular brand but I'll look it out for a try!
All the best

The Fiber One cereal you can actually have 2/3 cup for 90 calories. I love cereal so this makes a good breakfast for 3 points. I have the cereal with fruit of some type (banana, strawberry, blueberry) and 1/2 cup unsweeted almond milk. It's very satisfying.

Kashi Organic Berry Fruitful is also 4 points per serving! And delicious!
