Ingredients

  • ½ red cabbage small
  • 2 carrots medium
  • 1 onion red
  • 5 tbsp low fat mayonnaise Hellmans Lighter than Light
  • pepper

Instructions

  • Shred the cabbage and the onion using a knife or in a food processor.
  • Grate the carrots.
