Ingredients

  • ½ cups non fat yogurt Greek or regular
  • 2 tbsp non fat mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp fat free parmesan
  • ¾ tsp dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 - 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp anchovy paste
  • 2 tsp chopped parsley optional
  • 1 pinch salt optional
  • 1 pinch ground black pepper optional

Instructions

  • In a medium sized bowl, combine the yogurt, mayonnaise and grated parmesan.
  • Stir in the Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, anchovy paste, minced garlic, and lemon juice until they are fully combined.
  • Taste the dressing!
  • If the dressing needs more seasoning, add a little salt and pepper.
  • Stir in chopped herbs, if using.
  • For the best tasting dressing, place in the fridge for 30 minutes prior to serving.
